Pailmaster: Battery/Ballast Pail Recycling Program

Instructions

1. Remove the enclosed FedEx PRP Shipping Label and attach it to the pail. Keep the FedEx shipper receipt for your records. You will need the number from the receipt to give to FedEx when you schedule the pickup. If you do NOT have a shipping label, please contact USA/CRI at 888.676.0044.

2. Complete the Generator Information and Accumulation Start Date on the pail.

3. Fill the pail with used dry-cell batteries, mercury, lithium or button-cell batteries, or lighting ballast for recycling.
a. DO NOT put materials other than batteries in the battery pail, or lighting ballast in the ballast pail. Batteries and Ballast CAN NOT be combined in the same pail.*
b. DO NOT put mercury, lithium or button-cell batteries in the dry-cell battery pail.*
c. DO NOT exceed 70 pounds per pail.*

4. After poly-pail is full, securely attach lid to pail before shipping.

5. Please be sure that the Red FedEx PRP Shipping Label is attached to the pail. No additional labels or markings are required.

6. To schedule pick-up of the pail, call 1-888-777-6040 for the FedEx Ground Package Returns Program. The FedEx Representative will request the number from the shipping receipt - 1196802. Remember due to regulations, the poly-pail CAN NOT exceed 70 pounds.

7. A Certificate of Recycling is available upon the completion of the recycling process. An e-mail address or fax number is required to receive the Recycling Certificate
